As a Sr. Product Manager you will lead client projects and bring new ideas to life. You will guide a team of researchers, designers, and other contributors to develop product concepts that blow the minds of executives at some of the world's top brands. You'll be in charge of not only strategizing and executing on product, but also delivering world class hospitality to our clients, making sure they know they're in good hands.
Serve as the voice of the community; advocate for user needs through the product development process.
Clearly define and communicate vision, problems, and opportunities to your team and clients.
Lead projects end-to-end, including project management and product strategy & execution.
Consistently exceed client expectations regarding their goals, budget, timeline, and scope.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, providing clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.
Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively conveying product vision and strategic goals.
Collaborate with research, design, and engineering teams to develop new products and recommendations.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may hinder Late Checkout's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Support the development of business cases and operating plans.
Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Solid understanding of design and engineering principles.
Excellent in creating core product management documentation (eg. user stories, requirements, KPls).
Experience with C-level presentation and decision-making.
Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong product intuition, vision, and empathy for users, clients, and team members.
Effective project planning, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Curious and proactive in staying current with the latest trends and advancements in product innovation.
