Full Stack Software Developer

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you’ll build end-to-end web experiences for some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands. You’ll work across our modern stack, from designing intuitive front-end experiences to building reliable back-end systems. With a high degree of autonomy, you will collaborate seamlessly with your fellow developers and cross functional teams, and leverage AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows to push the boundaries of modern development.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the team to develop websites and web applications from concept to completion.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Develop web apps, front-end and back-end, using Typescript/Node.js, HTML, CSS, and React.

Implement responsive UI matching design files.

Design, build and maintain databases (Postgres).

Integrate various third party services into projects via clients and APIs.

Implement event-based analytics using tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics.

Assist in hand of deliverables by writing clear documentation and providing support to clients.

Collaborate with designers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver business value.

Who we’re looking for

3+ years professional experience OR a public GitHub repository demonstrating equivalent skills.

Strong Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgresSQL, and Tailwind CSS experience is required.

Ability to write consistent, high quality code, and assist others do the same through constructive feedback.

Experience with observability/analytics tools (Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Datadog, Sentry, PostHog, or similar)

Comfortable writing SQL and working directly with databases (we use Supabase extensively).

Experience with modern frontend tooling: Tailwind CSS, component libraries (shadcn), state management (TanStack Query).

Git workflows and CI/CD

Experience in AI assisted development (e.g: Cursor, Claude Code, etc)

Experience building features with LLMS and generative AI, and knowledge of agentic workflows or AI-powered product features.

Proven ability to work autonomously from product specs to implementation.

Strong async communication skills (we're remote-first with Slack).

Fast iteration mindset - we move quickly and ship often.
