Design Lead
Late Checkout is the leading community-based product design and innovation agency.
We partner with some of the world's biggest brands and most impactful startups to help them design and build products their communities will love.
We've always been boutique, and we pride ourselves on world-class hospitality and a complete 5-star experience, just like a luxury hotel on a faraway island.
As our team has grown, we've recognized a clear need for an experienced, community-oriented design leader to inspire and elevate our product designers. They already have unparalleled attention to detail, taste, and passion for the craft. They need you to take them to the next level.
This is a unique experience for someone seeking to deepen their design leadership experience and really shape a talented team. We're looking for someone who thinks it's just as important to perfect the pixels as it is to support the people pushing the pixels.
